Our Managing Director, Osama Khan, recently had the honor of visiting AKTI, Rawalpindi as the Chief Guest for their Project Evaluation Ceremony — a day dedicated to celebrating student creativity, skill development, and the power of industry-academia collaboration.

What began as a formal evaluation quickly turned into an inspiring learning experience for everyone in the room.

A Day Dedicated to Creative Growth

The session brought together a diverse group of students working on motion graphics, graphic design, and digital media projects. Each project reflected not just technical effort, but personal vision — from animated explainer videos and title sequences to branding concepts, UI layouts, and social media visuals.

As Chief Guest, Osama Khan walked through each project, taking the time to understand:

  • The concept and story behind the work
  • The tools and techniques used
  • The design decisions made by each student
  • How each piece could be improved for industry-level quality

The atmosphere was energetic and collaborative, with students eager to present their ideas and learn from real-world feedback.

Constructive, Individual Feedback for Every Student

One of the highlights of the ceremony was the dedicated feedback session.

Instead of just giving general comments, Osama focused on personalized, actionable feedback for each student. Every participant received specific suggestions tailored to their work, such as:

  • How to strengthen composition, framing, and visual hierarchy
  • Ways to improve color choices, typography, and branding consistency
  • Tips to refine animation timing, transitions, and keyframes
  • How to make projects feel more professional, market-ready, and client-focused

The goal was not just to evaluate, but to elevate.

Students left the session with clear direction on how to:

  • Enhance their creative approach
  • Sharpen their technical skills
  • Improve the overall quality of their work for real-world projects

Why Industry Feedback Matters for Students

In today’s competitive digital landscape, creative students need more than just software knowledge — they need insight into how the industry actually works.

Sessions like this help bridge that gap.

Through open discussion and live critique, students gained:

  • A clearer understanding of current industry standards
  • Awareness of the skills clients and studios look for
  • Motivation to push beyond classroom assignments and think like professionals
  • Confidence to present and defend their ideas in front of experts

For many, it was their first time receiving feedback directly from someone actively working with brands and businesses — a powerful boost to their learning journey.

Appreciating Talent, Effort, and Initiative

We extend a big appreciation to the talented students of AKTI for their:

  • Hard work
  • Fresh ideas
  • Willingness to learn and improve

Their projects reflected passion, experimentation, and a genuine desire to grow in fields like motion graphics, graphic design, and digital content creation.

We’re equally grateful to AKTI, Rawalpindi, for the warm welcome and for organizing such a meaningful initiative. Creating spaces where students can interact with industry experts is crucial for building the next generation of creative professionals in Pakistan.
